I share with you the most relevant activities in my preparation for the months of January. February and March 2009. Also, I'm finishing the 2nd year of PhD in Government and Public Administration.
The MEPA has proven to be a training program, which is useful for the training of young politicians. It is a quality training program inspired by democratic values that strengthen the leadership qualities of young Latin Americans and provides a set of knowledge and practical tools for political action. The group MEPA in its eleventh edition, includes 22 youngsters from 14 Latin American countries, representing various political parties and movements of different ideologies.
Head of Coordination of the Civil Guard of Spain, Felix Hernandez Martin, gave us the kind of Public Safety, revealing the strategies that have ensured safety.

Nobel Prize winning economist Amartya Sen, 1998, at a meeting of graduate students in Madrid, where he received a talk presented us their views on the global economic crisis, its effects and possible solutions.
Enrique Guerrero, former deputy director of the Office of the Prime Minister and current advisor to executive vice president, took the Ministry of Strategy and Communications Madrid Socialist Party (PSOE), we taught a class on "executive position in contemporary democracies." He is currently a candidate for deputy in the European Parliament.

Joan Prats, director of the International Institute on Governance of Catalonia, who has written several books on governance, we gave a lecture on "Consensus and Conflict in the current governance."
Judge of the Constitutional Court of Spain, Pablo Perez Tremps. The visit to this institution enlightened us on the functioning of the supreme body, which is the interpreter of the Spanish Constitution.
Former Deputy Rafael Garcia, who is the operator electoral Spanish Socialist Workers Party, we gave a talk on the PSOE's electoral organization to face election campaigns. I'm joined by colleagues from Brazil and Ecuador.
Institute of Latin America in Salamanca, Spain. We went to a seminar entitled "Problems of Democracy in Latin America" organized by Manuel Alcantara, researcher and author of several books on political systems, political parties and political elites in Latin America.

Congratulations kid, I think it will go far, not like those improvised know neither or round, I hope that the leaders of your party know properly capitalize your efforts, only offer that yes, water! there are obvious differences between the way of doing politics in Europe and our corrupt political system.
