Amid the din of hundreds of university, the student of the Bachelor of Communication, Briseis Loya Barrios won the Friday night May 22, the top of the fourth edition of Singing Competition "University Talent", which annually organized by the Universidad Juarez Autonoma de Tabasco (UJAT), in the interest of stimulating the development of artistic and cultural expression among its students.

In giving its message in the presence of Tabasco state governor Andres Granier Melo, the rector Candita Victoria Gil Jimenez acknowledged the talent of the ten finalists and praised the hard work of the organizers of the event, especially the Volunteer of the house studies, which is coordinated by Pedrero Fabiola Jimenez.

In that sense, it also made clear his appreciation to the state governor for their continued support to strengthen and enhance the development opportunities of the university Tabasco.

For his part, Governor Andres Granier Melo young performers offered their support and the opportunity to record an album and a special appearance at the next Expo Tabasco, causing the joy of the audience at the University Theater.

Accompanied by students Pedro Jesús García Escamilla, president of the Student Board University of Tabasco, and Estefany Peña Lopez, Miss University 2009, Victoria Gil Jimenez Candita leadership and Gov. Andres Granier Melo greeted one by one participant, who congratulated for his masterful performance, which was accompanied by the Orchestra "University Talent."

Wide range of successes
The winner of the contest, Briseis Loya Barrios, captivated the audience with the theme Mourn, the renowned composer Joan Sebastian, while Mileira Zetina Alma Esquivel, of the Master of Basic Biomedical Sciences, took second place to the tune Instead, originally performed by Yuridia, de los Santos and Daniel Bautista, of the BA in Languages, won third place with the song For a pittance, Pepe Aguilar.

Moreover, Maria Concepcion Dominguez Heredia, Cesar Elias Dagdug Villegas, Ana Karen Meneses Arevalo, Nayeli Perez Perez, Oscar Castellanos Eden Medina, Armando Manrique Jair Karina Montero and Elizabeth Cruz Mendez performed the songs: Over the years I have left, Gloria Estefan, I doubt it, Joseph Joseph, I have no more of Selena, To the end, Alejandra Guzman, fair my love (original song) Like I love you, Raphael, and Negrito Dancer, by Francisco Gabilondo Soler , respectively.

To enhance the musical gala was attended by Omar Ignacio Diaz Alamilla, winner of the Second Singing Competition "University Talent", who added her voice to the winners of the first and second place in the Third Edition of this event, Alejandra Dominguez Gomez and Guadalupe Rodriguez Cecilia Muñoz, to sing "I have nothing" by Whitney Houston, and Dying Slow, popularized by the group Timbiriche.

Expert Working
The songs performed by the 10 finalists were chosen by the Organizing Committee of the contest, which had as members of the Jury Bolaina Oscar Cadena, Lugi Osorio, Vicente García Padrón and Daniel Garcia Cacho, and as drivers Paty Azuara, the Commission Radio and Television of Tabasco, and the communicator Nelson Alonso.
