The Mexican chef Armando Saldaña ganóÂ Snack Contest VI Copyright, held under the Madrid Fusion, a leading gastronomic events in the world, celebrated these days in the Spanish capital.

Thanks to this combination was 3,000 euros (about $ 4,000) as a reward, and a commemorative trophy, the weight of bread and a trip to Egypt.
Saldana was pleased to receive an award for what he likes, which is cooking.
The chef, who lives for years in the Spanish archipelago of the Canaries, was able to impose his sandwich from the rest of those presented by chefs from Mexico, Switzerland, Portugal and Spain.
