¨ The governor gave two academic units which invested $ 27.6 million, benefiting 673 students four thousand
In the thirty fourth anniversary of the Instituto Tecnológico de Villahermosa (ITVH), Governor Andres Granier Melo opened units and Academic Technology Management Department, which was allocated 27.6 million pesos in benefit of just over four thousand 500 students who will have better infrastructure and equipment to continue their professional training.
Accompanied by Secretary of Settlements and Works PÃ º republics (CCES), Hector Manuel Lopez Peralta, and the school principal, Maria Elena Rojas Rauda, the state governor said his administration will continue to modernize and strengthen the educational infrastructure in order to put Tabasco at the top in education.
He reiterated that in order to generate more employment opportunities for young people graduating from higher education institutions, its government has launched major projects such as Cunduacán Industrial Park, where he established more than 60 companies to be established in real alternatives for future professional work.
Also, as a joint project with the federal government, said working on the realization of the Railway Station Chontalpa-Dos Bocas, as an important catalyst for the creation of employment sources, a goal to which is added the Millennium Technology Park Tech, specializing in generating software technology.
Granier Melo highlighted the effort and desire to overcome thousands of young people who have decided Tabasco undertake their studies at a higher level in the ITVH, an institution founded on September 12, 1974.
The director of Administrative Committee of the State Program for School Construction (CAPECE) Gildardo Lanestoza Leon explained that the construction of those units will benefit four thousand 673 students. He explained that during its construction were created 14 thousand 560 thousand 820 direct wages indirectly.
He said that construction of the first unit had an investment of ten million 387 000 765 pesos, while the second was built with funds from the order of 14 million 341 thousand 627 pesos. He specified that both buildings were equipped with an investment of two million 931 thousand 352 pesos.
Maria Elena Rojas Rauda joined the chief executive's commitment to improve the quality of higher education academic services, and said Tec de Villahermosa now has managed to get 12 thousand professionals in productive activities that contribute their knowledge for sustainable development Tabasco.
This event held on the premises of ITVH, attended by the head of the Office of Federal Support for Education, Maria Teresa Romero Lagunas, Granier Melo gave awards to staff who have served for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30.
What is needed are teachers with good academic background and truly ready with new technologies. Those currently on the Tec want to "teach" obsolete items or something that has nothing to do with the matter.
The curriculum change is good because it fits the current requirements of professionals but teachers continue with the same ideas.
