For Human Rights means those requirements which arise from one's natural condition of man . Â
es el único destinatario de estos derechos. When we talk about the right word, we emphasize a power or authority to act, a permit to work in a certain way or to demand conduct of another subject, are called humans because they are the man, the individual human, each of us. Man is the only one recipient of these rights. . Thus, demand recognition, respect , protection and promotion by all, and especially the authority .
These rights are inherent to the individual human, so are inalienable.
They are not under the command of political power, but are directed solely by man.
Just as all men have a right, provided another man or state must assume a behavior against those rights, to fulfill certain obligations to give, do or omit.
Today the term human rights is not the only one that was used to indicate the inherent rights of man, but are appointed of multiple ways. This happens for various reasons, among which I could name, the different language, use ¼ ístico linga of each society, different cultures, the doctrine of the authors, the different positions, etc..
 Among the various denominations are:
 à ~      Rights of Man
à ~      Individual Rights
à ~      the human rights
à ~      subjective Rights
à ~      Pà º blicos subjective Rights

à ~      Natural Rights
à ~      Inborn Rights
à ~      Constitutional Rights:
à ~      Positivizados Rights
à ~      Pà º republics Freedoms
Â
These rights must be defended, remain, survive, yet we must add otros.Â
These ideas begin to take shape in the constitutions of Mexico , 1917 and that of Germany Weimar in 1919.
Human rights are established in international law from the Second World War , and settled documents for your protection because of their importance and need for respect.
